Join us for a morning and/or evening of writing to heal.
Nicole Locorriere, LMFT will be teaching the art and science of journaling for mental and physiological well-being, followed by guided journaling exercises.
Dress in your cozy clothes, enjoy a warm drink and eat some comfort snacks while you learn and write!

Sharing your writing is not required. Suggested donation of $15-30 per person; participants can pre-register or join us day-of, space permitting. We are capping each session at 30 writers.
