How To: Starting a New Program at DIY

Do you have a skill or topic you want to share with the community? Have you ever wanted to start a community group around a common interest? Flemington DIY accepts proposals for community-oriented classes, workshops, and events year around. Most of our programming comes from dedicated volunteers who have a passion for something and have decided to share it with their community.
This workshop will go over what is needed to start your own program at DIY and tips for making it a success. This workshop is open to current volunteers and non-volunteers.
Please note: This event is different from our volunteer information session as this will focus solely on program development whereas the information session is an overview of our general volunteer program.
