Yoga Class

Heather Fraunberger (E-RYT, RYT 500) of Juneve Yoga will be teaching a basic foundational Yoga class.
This class will introduce new students to basic foundational Yoga poses with proper alignment. Heather will instruct students how to use props and options to achieve feedback and benefits for the individual student. Great for the beginner student and the Yogi who wishes to refine their poses and practice.
*class will transition from floor to standing, may not be suitable for specific joint issues
**wear comfortable clothes (not too flowy),and bring a Yoga mat.
