A member of our community asked us if we wanted to assist with this project – and of course we said yes!
This fundraiser is to help raise funds for compost benches to be installed at Flemington DIY and Factory Fuel as a part of our outdoor seating area.
This bench will sit inside a raised garden bed so people can sit surrounded by plants, and the bench is also a compost bin! 🌱
The purpose of this is to inspire people to compost to reduce food waste, educate people on how to do it, while simultaneously providing the community a small garden and bench to sit on- and don’t worry, it doesn’t smell! Any donation is greatly appreciated!
